The College of Westchester recognizes the decades-long commitment to public service and, in particular, to serving the social, spiritual and educational needs of the youth of our home city of White Plains, New York, provided by Mr. Frank Williams, Executive Director of The White Plains Youth Bureau and partner with The College of Westchester in the Saturday Career Explorations Academy. Dr. Williams has a long and distinguished career serving the residents of Westchester County, and in particular, the great City of White Plains!
By the authority of the New York State Board of Regents, and in accordance with the action of the Board of Trustees of The College of Westchester, we confer upon, Mr. Frank Williams, the honorary degree of Degree of Doctor of Humane Letters, Honoris Causa. Congratulations, Dr. Williams.
