CW students, faculty and staff volunteered their time and joined the Clean River Project through the Westchester Parks Foundation to help clean up the Bronx River! Volunteers put on waterproof waders and successfully removed 367 pieces of litter, totaling 53 pounds! They braved the cold and wind to come together as a CW family and safely do something for the greater good.
One of the ways The College of Westchester’s Student Government Association (SGA) celebrated Women’s History Month during the month of March was by holding a collection drive of personal hygiene products to be donated to the Mount Vernon Youth Bureau and distributed to young women and families in need.
