Felicia graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 2017, and her Associate’s degree in the same field in 2016. While at CW, Felicia was on the Dean’s list, became a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society and earned Honor’s status through CW’s Honors Program.  Felicia was the recipient of a CWCF Honor’s Program Scholarship in 2017.   She was also a work-study student in our Career Services department during her studies at CW.

Jewel Williams Johnson was re-elected to her 2^nd term on the Westchester County Board of Legislators last November.  She succeeded her mother, Alfreda Williams in 2021 to represent the 8^th Legislative District.

The College of Westchester Charitable Foundation (CWCF) hosted its 15th Annual Scholarship Event, honoring this year’s recipients. Attendees included family and friends of the scholarship recipients, CW faculty and staff, and CWCF board members. This year was the first year of the inaugural scholarship from Audiology Associates of Westchester, all in thanks to our wonderful board member and Audiology Associates partner, Dr. Jennifer Ratner.

Once again, CW students traveled to Albany to meet with New York State Legislators for APC Student Advocacy Day. Representing the CW student body this year were Nicole (Evening College), Tariana (CW Alumnus), Taliyah, Dania, and Pedro (Day College). These students seized the opportunity to make a difference by directly sharing their experiences and advocating for the continued support of the Tuition Assistance Program (TAP).
