Giovanny Ramirez has been named Alumni of the Year by The College of Westchester Alumni Association and will be honored at the 110th Commencement Ceremony on May 28 at the Westchester County Center.

A proud graduate of The College of Westchester, Giovanny has built a career that reflects both professional excellence and a deep commitment to personal growth and service.

With over 15 years of experience across finance, operations, and career development, Giovanny has guided professionals through pivotal transitions, helping them elevate their careers while remaining aligned with their values and long‑term vision.

He currently serves as Assistant Vice President and Head of AI Initiatives at Fifth Season Investments, working at the intersection of business, technology, and human potential. His professional background includes employment and consulting roles at Bridgewater Associates, LifeOptions, GE Capital, and U.S. Trust, experiences that have shaped his ability to navigate complex environments with strategic insight and sound decision‑making.

In addition to his professional work, Giovanny has dedicated years to coaching individuals on career advancement, helping them refine their personal narratives, build confidence, and secure meaningful opportunities. This work naturally evolved into life‑purpose coaching, where he now helps individuals move beyond traditional definitions of success and reconnect with a deeper sense of purpose.

He is the host of The Breakthrough Lab, a podcast that explores personal growth, entrepreneurship, technology, spirituality, and transformation through engaging conversations and actionable insights. Giovanny is also the founder of the Think Positive Conference, an immersive experience designed to help individuals reset their mindset and elevate their energy through a blend of science, mindset, spirituality, and personal development practices.

He holds a People Empowering People certificate from UConn’s College of Agriculture, Health, and Natural Resources, as well as an AI Agents for Business Applications certificate from the University of Texas McCombs School of Business, reflecting his ongoing commitment to growth in both human development and emerging technology.
