Transfer of College Credit Options

You deserve exceptional assistance so you can focus on your goals while you earn your degree! If you have attended another accredited college or university and your previous educational credit(s) earned align with the courses in your chosen program, CW Transfer Counselors can work with you to help evaluate the possibility of a transfer credit pathway.

Additional Credit Transfer Opportunities

CW also offers opportunities to transfer credits from earned certifications, Advanced Placement Program (APP), International Baccalaureate Program (IB), High School and BOCES Dual Enrollment and Articulations, Certifications, CLEP and UExcel Examinations, National College Credit recommendations Service (National CCRS), Military Experience, Text-outs for Exemptions from Courses and Credits Awarded through Personal Experience Portfolio Evaluations.

Because every individual educational experience can be different and other institutional requirements might vary, CW cannot promise or guarantee the transfer of credits into or out of a CW program.
