As the founder of Salem & Salem Consulting Inc., a certified Woman-Owned Business Enterprise (MWBE), she established a foothold as a preferred vendor for Fortune 500 financial companies and New York state and city agencies. Her entrepreneurial ventures also include the conception and launch of an entertainment and marketing company that sold for over $50 million, as well as a fashion retail store that integrates brick-and-mortar with e-commerce operations.

With more than six years at the helm of 360 Business Coach, Salem-Tilford has dedicated herself to empowering entrepreneurs.
