The College of Westchester’s School of Business recently hosted a Business & Marketing Student Showcase, featuring projects from Professor Caruthers’ Introduction to Business class and Professor Cancro’s Principles of Marketing class. Students presented their ideas to a panel of guest judges from CW’s internship partners and employer network, who provided industry-focused feedback and selected the first-place winner.
Thank you to our judges—Carina Garcia, Property Manager at Minskoff Grant; Michael Spencer, Commercial Banker at PCSB; and Noel D’Allacco, Adjunct & Assistant Professor—for lending their expertise.
Winner: RE:Fit
The winning concept, created by Camille Castillo, is RE:Fit, a campus clothing rental service designed for college students. RE:Fit would allow students to rent outfits for presentations, interviews, formals, parties, and photoshoots—offering an affordable, convenient, and sustainable alternative to buying new clothes.
The event was sponsored by CW’s Not Just Business Club, reinforcing its mission to support innovation, entrepreneurship, and real-world learning opportunities for students.
