Faculty member, Sid Arora of The College of Westchester School of Business recently attended the National Conference on Sales Management (NCSM), where more than 50 leading sales scholars and educators gathered to share the latest research and teaching practices in selling and sales management. During the conference, new strategies were explored in areas such as AI-enhanced learning, immersive skill development, and interactive sales simulations all designed to better prepare students for today’s evolving sales landscape.
In addition to collaborating with peers from across the field, Sid also presented research on sales coaching in B2B service failure and recovery.
