With so many schools and companies moving their recruiting events online in response to the coronavirus pandemic, there are some considerations to keep in mind when strategizing how to ensure that you stand out and get the most out of the event. Yes, they can be intimidating, but there are some definite plusses. For example, geography matters less, allowing job seekers to attend sessions that might have been too far away, and to attend more sessions since they don’t have to commute.  Because it’s virtual, though, you may need to make adjustments to how you connect with and follow up with recruiters.
