Congratulations to our Winter 2018 Students of the Semester, Joseph Gonzalez and Abraham Lamboy!

Joseph Gonzalez (Bachelor’s)
Joseph Gonzalez is enrolled in the BBA degree in Accounting with a 3.89 cumulative GPA. He is a member of the Phi Theta Kappa National Honors Society and has consistently earned Dean’s List recognition since enrolled at CW. This semester Joseph was invited to South Carolina to participate in a Foundation of Economic Education (FEE) seminar at the Clemson Institute for the Study of Capitalism. This is a great honor as only a few students are selected to participate in this experience. Currently, Joseph is a tutor in The Learning Center at the College of Westchester and is expected to complete his degree this December.

Abraham Lamboy (Associate’s)
Abraham Lamboy is enrolled in the Associate’s degree in Business Administration Management/ Marketing program with a 3.89 cumulative GPA. He has consistently earned Dean’s List recognition and is expected to complete his degree this August. Abraham was born and raised in the Bronx and attended the Eagle Academy for Young Men High School as the first graduating class. After high school, he pursued the military serving in Reconnaissance. He began his educational journey at Valencia College in Florida. Furthering his journey, he returned to New York and enrolled at CW to further his education in business administration and marketing. His career goal is to open up a business that combines fitness and life coaching, teaching the concepts of self-mastery in order to achieve a fulfilled life. He currently lives with his grandfather in the Bronx and enjoys reading, drawing and working out.
