Hello, CW Warrior Students! As you recently heard from me, we will be holding all day and adult classes remotely for the December, January and February start dates. In addition, as of Monday, November 23, students and faculty will be completely remote. The one exception is allied health labs that are finishing up on that date.
While the Covid cases continue to grow once more in this area, we want to be extremely cautious and keep you safe.
As we continue to deep clean all areas of the college and follow all safety protocols, students may continue to make appointments to visit with us in person or virtually in admissions, student financial aid appointments, as well as to visit the library, with advisors and coaches, tutors, the learning center and mental health counseling. When students have requested a quiet place to work on campus, we can accommodate a limited number, first come, first served, in order to socially distance properly. Check in with your advisor or admissions counselor or check on the CW Everywhere App to contact anyone at CW directly. On the app, click on the icon that looks like a building, then find Directory of Services for a full listing of contact info for every department. Every single club also has a wall listed under Student Life, also under the same icon.
You can also access our learning management system (LMS), Moodle, through the app if you want or need to use your phone for class.
One suggestion – please turn on your video camera. It is so important to have community, especially when we are remote. It is nice to see each other as well as your instructor. Give it a try!
