Hello, students, faculty, staff and families! You very well may have heard the announcement made by Governor Cuomo this weekend that the mid-Hudson Valley’s businesses are opening back up for business this week. Unfortunately, colleges and universities are not opening yet.

CW will most likely open to students when Phase 4 of the Mid-Hudson Valley Region is announced. Based on information provided by the state, it is estimated that it will be sometime in September. Please feel reassured that just as soon as we are able to open our doors safely and allow you back on campus, we will do so.

Meanwhile, we will work with you so that you can continue your studies remotely. I am proud of you, your hard work and perseverance. I am not surprised that you have decided to continue your studies and overcome the obstacles that this very strange time has put in all of our paths. You are CW Warriors, after all!

Keep up the great work as you have been! Remember that you can reach out to your advisors, success coaches, the learning center, and others who may be of help to you. I encourage you to go to Directory of Services on the CW Everywhere App Wall for any contact info that you might need. The Directory can also be found here.

For those of you who have just graduated or will graduate soon, you know that we will hold a virtual commencement on August 22, 2020. Many of you have already decided to participate. You will be receiving more information in the upcoming weeks. You are also invited to walk and celebrate at the 2021 Commencement Ceremony.

You and your loved ones, friends and colleagues are always in my good thoughts and prayers. Because you inspire us every day, and we all miss you so much, I am sharing this video message that CW Media Resources created just for you! I look forward to seeing you soon, whether virtually or in person.

We are CW Warrior Strong!
