Do You Have “Zoom Fatigue?”

With so many of us sheltering in place, video meetings, classes, appointments, and even social gatherings and worship have replaced face-to-face interactions. While these platforms (most frequently Zoom) are incredibly useful, prolonged time spent in front of the screen can have its problems. For example, it may leave us feeling empty and exhausted—physically and emotionally—especially because the brain has to work so much harder to process information. Sound familiar? You may have “Zoom fatigue.”

The good news is that there are some simple ways to help you cope. This article by Andre Spicer for The Conversation explains how Zoom fatigue occurs and shares strategies for how to deal with it.
