Use this Exercise to Plot your Next Career Move

Many students take online courses to advance their careers. Sometimes they know exactly what their end-goal is, which can make their post-school career path more straightforward. Other times, though, it takes some exploring to figure out what to do next. Considering what will make you feel happy and fulfilled in your career is key to determining what you want and what steps will pave the way there.

The exercise involves five steps, in which you identify enjoyable past achievements and unpack what they have in common so you can apply that knowledge about yourself to your career research and, ultimately, your job search.
