Time To Fall Back!

This coming Sunday, November 5th, remember to set your clocks back an hour for the end of Daylight Saving Time.  Sunrise and sunset will be earlier, but the upside is that there will be more sunlight in the morning to help you get out of bed to face the day.

Many people find that this transition is easier to handle than when Daylight Saving Time begins again in March, since it feels like getting an extra hour in the morning.   If you notice you’re having trouble getting adjusting those first few days, though, it’s totally normal.

That said, since sleep disturbances can impact our productivity at work and school, it's important to take the steps we need to make the transition as painless as possible. This article offers some suggestions to help you adjust to the time change.
