Many of us rely on our smartphones to stay organized and in touch with others in our life. It can be slippery slope, though, into multi-tasking and full-on distraction and avoidance of our surroundings. It’s not uncommon to feel anxious when “off the grid” or away from our tech devices. It sounds silly, perhaps, but this feeling of being addicted to your phone can be a major problem. Sound familiar?
