A large percentage of our work and communication may take place electronically, but computers can’t do everything. One essential part of any job interview or networking interaction that technology has as yet to replace: the handshake.
Yep, this seemingly simple gesture matters a lot .Sure, you can have the impressive resume and skills, but eventually you’re going to have to step away from behind your screen and make eye contact. When you finally meet a potential employer or colleague face-to-face, having a solid handshake can make or break the impression you leave.
