Job Search Rejection: Sometimes It’s Not You

If you’ve ever looked for a job, you’ve likely dealt with some rejection. At one point or another, most of us have had that experience of feeling like everything was going perfectly fine—your resume was on-point, you had killer references, and you really gelled with the people you interviewed with—but then you found out you didn’t get the position.
