Students Considering Alternative Paths to College

In today’s economy, students and their families are increasingly questioning the value of a 4-year degree from a private college when taking the financial burden into account. College is expensive, and students find themselves saddled with hefty loans and disappointing job prospects in a sluggish economy. This article makes a case for students with other interests forgoing college all together in favor of business ventures, but online education is becoming an increasingly popular alternative to the traditional brick-and-mortar college experience.
