The Allied Health Club, along with some faculty members visited “The Liberty Science Center” in Jersey City, NJ. The students first enjoyed the movie “Humpback Whales,” followed by a featured presentation allowing the students to take a dive into the world of humpback whales and learn about their social structure, courtship and reproduction, as well as interspecies interactions. Other exhibits included “Eat and Be Eaten,” “Touch Tunnel,” and “Infection Connection” where students got a chance to see how the choices people make every day contribute to the spread of infectious diseases.
