CW Professor Participates at ICSIE in Japan

CW’s Dr. Chris Nwosisi participated at the 2016 5th International Conference on Software and Information Engineering (ICSIE 2016) from May 11-13 in Tokyo, Japan. The team of presenters included 12 experts from different countries around the world including Norway, India, USA, Singapore, China, and Lebanon.

Dr. Nwosisi’s presentation was entitled, “Agile Methodology Experience in the Educational Environment”, a new teaching method that addresses the rapid evolution of technology and encourages collaboration, teamwork, interaction, and constant feedback. Also, Dr. Nwosisi served as one of the Program Co-Chairs of ICSIE 2016.

The purpose of the International Conference of Software and Information Engineering is to bring to light the state of art of research results, disseminate knowledge, and exchange ideas between academic community and industrial organizations. Every year, ICSIE brings together innovative academics, researchers, and industrial experts to a common forum, for a constructive dialog on theoretical concepts and practical ideas and to exchange the latest information about science, engineering, and technology concepts and applications. Practicing engineers and technologists, scientists, faculty members of engineering colleges, research scholars and students participate in this conference every year.

Dr. Chris Nwosisi is Professor and Associate Chair of the Computer Network Department at The College of Westchester.
