Healthier Coffee Drinks

Lots of busy students rely on caffeine to keep them going. In the grand scheme of bad habits, there are definitely worse ones than coffee. One thing to watch out for with coffee, however, is when your daily fix becomes a sugar bomb. Seasonal drinks like Starbuck’s Pumpkin Spice Latte are fine as a treat now and then, but if you’re making it a daily habit, you could be undoing all your hard work sticking to healthy habits.
